(Benjamin Chasteen)NEW YORK—J.B., a small Senegal parrot, had her first outing to Bryant  Park Tuesday with the Arcadia Bird Sanctuary. Her initials stand for  “Just Bird,” for lack of a better name, said Terri Jones, director of  the sanctuary.
